Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may be asked to verify your age and identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

2) Social casino only; no real-money gambling; no prizes

The Service is a social casino-style game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling. No real money can be won, and no prizes, cash, or anything of real-world value are awarded. Any virtual coins, credits, points, tokens, or similar items (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or prizes, and cannot be transferred outside the Service.

3) Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, the Service, or to enforce these Terms.

4) Virtual Items and purchases (if available)

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. Purchases (if offered) are final to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change, manage, or remove Virtual Items and gameplay features at any time, including for balancing, maintenance, and fraud prevention.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, automate, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or deceptive conduct.
• Do not buy/sell accounts or Virtual Items, or attempt to transfer them outside the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates others’ rights.

6) Intellectual property; license

The Service, including software, graphics, and content, is owned by Fun Lucky Village, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUN LUCKY VILLAGE, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fun Lucky Village, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

10) Dispute resolution; arbitration; class action waiver

You and we agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting us. If not resolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You and we waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. This section applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where preempted by U.S. federal law.

12) Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access at any time as permitted by law.
